Yes. The $699 design fee covers a custom website with up to five pages. There is no required monthly design or maintenance plan.
What does “I own it completely” mean?
Once the project is complete and paid for, the finished website is yours. You are not renting your design or locked into a proprietary monthly website plan.
What counts as a $25 change?
A standard change request—such as updating text, swapping a photo, changing business hours, or adding a promotion—is $25. If a request is unusually large, you will receive a clear quote before any work begins.
How quickly can my website be ready?
Most straightforward local-business websites are ready in just a few days once I have your content, photos, and business details. Timing can vary slightly depending on the project and how quickly feedback comes in.
Can you help if I do not have photos or website copy?

Are domain and hosting included?
